The apartment is in a fantastic location, very close to the port and also within walking distance to the downtown area. There is a nearby shop where you can easily buy some groceries or any other essentials you may need. there is a cafe nearby where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and start your day off right.

One downside mentioned by a reviewer was the scaffolding around the building. While it was mentioned in advance, it's unfortunate that the building couldn't be fully seen in its best light.

This place is a fantastic spot to stay, with a wonderful location allowing easy access to the Aquarium of Genoa; I have no complaints and will definitely return in the future.

it was lovely place for visiting most genoa attractions. quiet atmosphere, enrico the host has done above and beyond for us. appreciated the smooth check-in too.

It had an absolutely perfect and magnificent setting not far from a nearby shop and the Marina. We loved the host. Staying here was a pleasure, we would definitely book here again, nothing to complain about.

We got excellent value for our money at L'Ancora Luxury. The room was amazing, with every little detail carefully thought out and executed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. The staff, especially Enrico, treated us like royalty and were very good too make our stay nice.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the marina district. The apartment had all the best homey touches and even had a washer, which was a bonus. The room completely blacked out, ensuring exceptional sleep after a night out. The owner was super nice and gave us the best recommendations for food and sights. We trusted his recommendations, especially the famous restaurant with their incredible pesto lasagna. The apartment had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to adapters for plugs. The owner went above and beyond, picking us up from the train station and providing us with a glass of Prosecco and helpful tips. Giuseppe made our short stay wonderful, offering personal recommendations and a map with highlights of the city. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the train station and right at the port. The apartment itself was well-equipped and beautifully designed, perfect for a longer stay. Our host, Enrico, was incredibly kind and even waited for hours at the bus station for our arrival. The shower and little gifts provided were also a nice touch.

He provided personalized recommendations and even gave me a map with highlights of the city. the location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and right at the port. the apartment was well-equipped and beautifully decorated.

I could easily imagine staying here for a week and not wanting for anything. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

Almost perfect.

The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From being picked up at the airport to receiving recommendations and a map of the area, the level of service was exceptional. the apartment was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The location was key, with easy access to the city attractions and public transportation. a great experience.

The breakfast arrangement, as the designated bar opened late and had limited options. Although a Mentelocal card was offered as compensation, it would have been better to have a more convenient and varied breakfast option.

Breakfast was served across the road, I felt like playing frogger just to get my morning coffee. But hey, it's a great way to start the day!
